Job summary

Amber Flooring, Inc. is a local, high-end wood floor and carpet company seeking a field sales representative. The position is full-time with base pay plus sales commission.

A valid California driver’s license and a car are a MUST, and there is travel within the Bay Area. You will build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, follow up on proposals, and work with the estimating team to reach revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Flooring sales experience required (2 years)
• Construction estimating experience preferred (2 years)
• Valid California driver’s license and a car are required

We are a local well-established, high-end wood floor and carpet company. We are currently hiring for an field sales representative position . The position is a full-time -- base salary and sales commission. Valid California driving license and a car is a MUST!

Position Summary:

We are seeking a career field sales representative capable of making a significant contribution to our estimating department over the long term. The flooring field sales representative will be responsible to build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. In addition, he will follow-up on proposals with customers in order to attain company sales goals. Key objectives include achieving assigned revenue targets and meeting all guidelines.

Our main showroom is located on the Emeryville-Oakland border, and our installation teams travel all around the Bay and beyond.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Work in a team of other estimators to ensure customer satisfaction and to grow profitable sales.
• Identifies and qualifies new sales opportunities, and develop plans for introducing new products through collaborative relationships.
