Job summary

Lumber Liquidators is hiring a part-time sales associate to help customers pick flooring and create spaces they love. Base pay ranges from $15.00 to $18.00 per hour, with monthly commission and bonuses.

You will operate the POS, manage inventory, and keep the showroom inviting and organized. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years of retail or sales experience, and strong communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail or sales experience preferred; flooring knowledge a plus.
• Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Sell, upsell, and exceed revenue targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Build lasting relationships that drive repeat business and referrals.
• Merchandise and maintain an inspiring, organized showroom.
• Handle POS transactions, inventory management, and daily store operations.
• Resolve customer questions and issues quickly and professionally.
• Participate in promotional events and special projects to boost sales.
