Lowe’s is hiring a Sales Specialist in the United States. You will meet customers as they enter the store, understand project needs, and guide them to the right products and services. You’ll inform customers about specifications, promotions, financing, and installation options to close sales.

The role requires strong communication, product knowledge, and a proactive service mindset. You’ll work across various departments such as Appliances, Cabinetry, Flooring, and more.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year customer-facing sales experience or 6 months Lowe’s retail experience (or equivalent external sales).
• 1 year sales or customer service experience with goals/metrics.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand and sit for prolonged periods.
• Lift at least 25 lbs.
• Obtain sales-related licensure if required by state (Lowe’s will support).

Responsabilités

• Provide SMART customer service by identifying customer needs and explaining Lowe’s products and services.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors within the department, handle estimates, scheduling, and order installation follow-up.
• In Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with vendors/stores for stock and pricing.
• Support checkout and in-store requests; train associates on the sales floor.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
