Job summary

MAC Flooring & Interiors in Orange County, CA is seeking a motivated Flooring Sales Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is confident in sales, enjoys helping customers, and has flooring product knowledge to turn showroom opportunities into successful projects.

In this role you will assist customers in the showroom, conduct in-home measurements, prepare estimates, and collaborate with our operations and installation teams to ensure smooth handoffs.

Qualifications

• Previous flooring sales experience is required.
• Ability to turn showroom opportunities into projects.
• Strong communication and customer-service focus.
• Proficient in basic math, estimates, and measurements.
• Willingness to travel to customers' homes in Orange County.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in showroom with flooring selections.
• Respond promptly to incoming leads and follow up.
• Conduct in-home consultations and field measurements.
• Prepare accurate estimates and proposals.
• Educate customers on options, installation requirements, and pricing.
• Maintain communication throughout the sales process.
• Follow up on open proposals and close sales.
• Build relationships with homeowners, designers, contractors, realtors, and referrals.
• Maintain organized customer files and project details.
