Job summary

MAC Flooring & Interiors in Orange County, CA is seeking a motivated Flooring Sales Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is confident in sales, enjoys helping customers, and has flooring product knowledge to turn showroom opportunities into successful projects.

In this role you will assist customers in the showroom, conduct in-home measurements, prepare estimates, and collaborate with our operations and installation teams to ensure smooth handoffs.

Qualifications

• Previous flooring sales experience is required.
• Ability to turn showroom opportunities into projects.
• Strong communication and customer-service focus.
• Proficient in basic math, estimates, and measurements.
• Willingness to travel to customers' homes in Orange County.

Responsibilities

MAC Flooring & Interiors is looking for a motivated, personable, and results-driven Flooring Sales Specialist to join our growing team.

We are a well-established, female-owned flooring and interiors company serving Orange County. We pride ourselves on providing an exceptional customer experience through great design, quality products, clear communication, and outstanding service.

We are looking for someone who is confident in sales, enjoys working with people, and has the drive to turn leads and showroom opportunities into successful projects. Flooring specific sales experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in our showroom with flooring selections, including carpet, hardwood, luxury vinyl, laminate, and tile
• Respond promptly to incoming leads and actively follow up with prospective customers
• Conduct in-home consultations and field measurements
• Prepare accurate estimates and proposals
• Educate customers on product options, performance, installation requirements, and pricing
• Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the sales process
• Follow up on open proposals and actively work to close sales
• Build relationships with homeowners, designers, contractors, realtors, and other referral partners
• Maintain organized customer files, notes, measurements, and project details
• Work closely with our operations and installation teams to ensure projects are properly handed off
• Develop repeat and referral business through excellent customer service

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to customers' homes throughout Orange County
