Job summary

Floor Coverings International of Foxboro is seeking a highly motivated sales consultant to run company-provided in-home appointments with homeowners in Foxboro and surrounding communities. You will meet clients, measure spaces, guide product selection, build proposals, and advance opportunities with minimal cold calling, supported by our leads and mobile showroom.

You will manage your own pipeline, follow up to close sales, and collaborate with our office and installation team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience preferred.
• In-home, outside, home improvement, or consultative sales experience is a plus.
• Flooring experience is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Run approximately 6–12 company-provided appointments per week.
• Meet homeowners, measure spaces, guide product selection.
• Build and present proposals; follow up and close sales.
• Manage your own pipeline and opportunities.
• Work with the office and project management team handling installation.
• Build strong customer relationships and generate referrals.
