What YOU Do:

The Flooring Sales Executive will be responsible for prospecting and attracting new clients while developing long-term relationships and managing existing accounts to drive product sales within both the commercial and residential markets. You will sell a variety of flooring products, as well as promote other company products and services.

Your Background Profile:

• Experience:
  • Experience with selling flooring products and materials
  • Experience measuring home or client location
  • Experience with business-to-business sales
  • Demonstrated ability to work in either a retail flooring environment or with builders, developers, various sub-contractors, manufacturers, designers and architects.
  • Aggressive sales attitude and demonstrated ability to close
  • Relationship driven and understands how to develop and retain business
  • Professional communication skills and demeanor
• Knowledge:
  • Flooring product knowledge including carpet, tile, wood, laminate, and resilient
• Project Management: Ability to work jobs from start to finish as part of a team and/or independently
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce, FreshSales etc,) and invoicing/project management systems a plus
• Education: Associates degree preferred.
