Floor Coverings International in Phoenix is hiring Sales/Design Associates to expand our team. Our shop-at-home model lets customers get new floors without leaving their homes, serving 400,000+ customers with an average 4.8 star rating.

We seek self-motivated, communicative professionals who are organized, enjoy a team environment, and are willing to work some evenings and weekends. You will visit clients, follow our sales system, coordinate installations, and grow with the company as it expands.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients at their homes to discuss flooring projects.
• Follow the Sales System using tablet, laptop, and software.
• Serve as the single point of contact for flooring service requests.
• Coordinate installation timing and schedules with the Office Manager.
• Communicate customer needs to the Install Manager.
• Maintain relationships and develop referral sources for ongoing business.
• Engage in ongoing training and travel as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Go out to client’s homes and meet with them regarding their flooring project
• Follow our Sales System using our tablet, laptop, and software (non-negotiable)
• Act as the single point of contact to the customer for all types of flooring service requests
• Coordinate installation time and communication schedule with Office Manager
• Communicate customer needs/expectations to Install Manager to make jobs go smoothly
• Ability to maintain customer relationships and develop key referral sources to generate ongoing business
• Engage in on-going training/educational requirements (may involve travel at company expense)

Pay:

Potential earnings are $60,000 for the average sales rep. Above average reps earn $80,000 to $150,000+.

Compensation: $42,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
