Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform duties as required
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds with team lifting as needed

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise
• Stock and replenish shelves as needed
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise on time
• Cross-train in other store areas to support service quality
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., paint tinting, pipe cutting, wood cutting)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Perform other duties as assigned
