Job summary

S&G Carpet and More in Dublin, CA is seeking sales associates to grow with our team. You will work one-on-one with customers, learn flooring products, and guide them through a 1–4 week selling and installation timeline.

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Previous sales experience (retail experience included)
• Positive attitude and self-confidence when working with the public
• Motivated, ambitious with a focus on landing sales
• Strong computer skills
• Open to training and learning product line (we will train you)

Responsibilities

• Sell flooring products to customers at the point of sale.
• Help customers transform the look of their home.
• Support customers during a 1–4 week selling and installation timeline.
• Provide excellent customer service to existing customers.
• Prospect new customers and build relationships.
