Floor Coverings International – Greater North Denver is seeking a Flooring Sales Consultant to conduct in-home design and sales consultations, measure rooms, provide quotes, and guide clients through flooring selections that fit their style and budget.

This role offers a $50,000 draw plus uncapped commission with six-figure potential, a company van, paid training, and a flexible schedule. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, persuasive, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• In-home or outside sales experience.
• Comfortable with basic math and measuring (square footage, quantities, pricing).
• Strong communicator who builds trust quickly.
• Self-motivated, organized, and tech-comfortable.
• Valid driver's license.
