Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking Sales Associates to provide friendly, accurate service on the sales floor in Fullerton, CA. This role supports customers in finding products, processes transactions at checkout, and helps keep aisles clean, stocked, and safe in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
• Some positions may require forklift certifications through F&D.
• Certification to use heavy equipment may be required after drug test.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers, ask about their projects, and recommend products.
• Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed expectations.
• Maintain in-stock conditions and ensure areas are clean, shoppable, and safe.
• Work with management and team members to achieve sales goals.
• Process customers at checkout using POS system and handle refunds/exchanges.
