Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver friendly, accurate service and assist customers in selecting products for their projects. You will contribute to a fast-paced, safe store environment, stock shelves, and support sales goals on the floor.

This role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities. Base pay starts at $15.00 per hour, with higher starting pay based on experience. Plano, TX location with typical retail hours.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
• Forklift certification may be required in some locations.
• Drug test may be required where allowed by state law.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers, assess projects, and recommend products.
• Provide exceptional customer service and exceed expectations.
• Keep assigned areas clean, stocked, and safe.
• Work with management to achieve sales goals.
• Process orders at checkout using POS system.
• Handle refunds and exchanges per guidelines.
• Create price tags and merchandise signs.
• Stock and display merchandise as needed.
