Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers, learn about their projects, recommend products.
• Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed expectations.
• Maintain in-stock areas, keep store clean and safe.
• Collaborate with management and team to hit sales goals.
• Process checkout using POS system and handle refunds/exchanges.
• Follow cash handling procedures and tag/stock merchandise.
• Support other store areas as needed and maintain fast pace accuracy.
