Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking enthusiastic Sales Associates to assist customers on the sales floor, recommend products and ensure a clean, organized store environment. Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available at our Las Vegas locations.

Associates provide excellent service at checkout, handle refunds and exchanges, and help maintain stock integrity while adhering to safety guidelines. This role offers opportunities for growth and a dynamic team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused approach with friendly, energetic service.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Forklift certification may be required where allowed by state law.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers, ask about their projects, recommend our products and excite customers about their purchase.
• Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed customer expectations when assisting customers.
• Maintain the in-stock condition of assigned areas and ensure it is clean, shoppable and safe.
• Work in cooperation with management and team members to achieve sales goals.
• Process customers at checkout using point of sale (POS) system.
• Process customer refunds and exchanges according to established guidelines.
• Follow established cash, check and credit card acceptance procedures.
• Create price tags and merchandise signs.
• Stock, tag and display merchandise.
• Act in accordance with the company’s core values and safety processes.
• Answer telephone according to guidelines.
• Be available to assist in other store areas as needed.
