Job summary

Value Plus Flooring, LLC seeks an Expeditor to join our sales support team in Eagan, Minnesota. The role serves as a central hub for residential and commercial orders, ensuring accuracy and clear communication with customers and internal teams. Reports to the Company President.

This is a full-time, onsite position at our showroom and warehouse in Eagan. Ideal candidates bring organization, attention to detail, and ability to work with sales and operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of work experience supporting sales or project teams.
• Experience in flooring coverings or construction preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; RFMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, including ordering material and following up on orders.
• Communicate by phone or email with customers and sales team regarding order status.
• Assist with and maintain project overview, product specs, drawings, and floorplans.
• Coordinate with warehouse, other departments, and subcontractors to ensure proper documentation.
• Send reminders and changes on any projects.
• Follow and enforce all safety policies and procedures.
