Job summary

Value Plus Flooring, LLC is seeking an Expeditor to join the sales support team in Minnesota. The role acts as a central hub for residential and commercial orders, ensuring accuracy and timely communication with customers. Reports to the Company President, onsite at the Eagan showroom and warehouse.

The position emphasizes organization, attention to detail, and construction-industry exposure, with training provided to develop administrative skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of work experience supporting sales or project teams.
• Previous work experience in flooring coverings or the construction industry preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• RFMS experience or familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, including material procurement and order follow-up.
• Communicate order status with customers and the sales team via phone or email.
• Assist with and maintain project overview, product specs, drawings, and floorplans.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and subcontractors to ensure proper documentation for all paperwork.
• Send reminders and changes on projects and maintain up-to-date records.
• Follow and enforce all safety policies and procedures.
