Job summary

Artisan Design Group, LLC seeks a Commercial Expeditor to coordinate and support flooring project execution from startup to billing. You will manage project docs, procurement, installer support, and scheduling while ensuring customer service and accurate records in company systems.

Responsible for entering projects in M3/RFMS, tracking orders, coordinating deliveries, and serving as main contact for installers. Hybrid work model with Fishers, IN office hours, training provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of clerical experience in project coordination, sales support, purchasing, scheduling, or a related field.
• Experience working with ERP, project management, or flooring industry software preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to lift up to 10 pounds regularly.
• Ability to communicate in English for training and updates; handle requests independently.
• Math skills to manage quantities, billing, and payments.

Responsibilities

• Enter new projects into M3 and RFMS systems.
• Maintain accurate project files and documentation.
• Submit purchasing requests for flooring materials, supplies, and accessories.
• Track purchase orders and vendor acknowledgments.
• Coordinate material deliveries with warehouse personnel and vendors.
• Collaborate with Scheduling to coordinate installation activities.
• Communicate with Field Inspectors regarding site conditions and readiness.
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts to minimize delays.
• Serve as the primary contact for installers during execution.
• Process installer work orders and documentation.
• Review completed work orders for accuracy.
• Submit completed projects for billing in a timely manner.
• Assist Accounting with billing questions and documentation.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
