Flooring Experts, LLC is a full-service flooring company focusing on disaster restoration projects in Virginia. We seek a proactive Flooring Estimator who delivers exceptional customer service, manages leads, and coordinates with contractors to price and quote projects accurately.

Ideal candidates are organized, reliable, and capable of meeting with customers during evenings or weekends. A valid driving record and background check are required as part of our ensuresafety and quality commitment.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, proactive demeanor with strong customer service focus.
• Must be organized and detail oriented with ability to manage multiple leads.
• Willingness to work independently and manage own schedule.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently.
• Proficient with Google Suite and mobile devices.
• Ability to accommodate evening and weekend appointments as needed.
• Clean background check required.
• Clean driving record required.
• Ability to pass a drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Visit new leads and introduce services while coordinating with contractors.
• Measure and price flooring projects for quotes.
• Assist customers in selections and work within contractor budgets.
• Create accurate quotes and submit to home office for ordering.
• Meet installers on-site to start projects and ensure success.
• Manage repairs and warranty issues.
• Follow up on accounts receivable.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of flooring sales and project management experience is necessary
• Able to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Excellent organizational skills and follow-through with clients
• Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently
• Knowledge of Google Suite and ability to use mobile technology
• Ability to accommodate evening and weekend appointments, if necessary
