Job summary

Floor Nation LLC is seeking a hands-on Operations Leader to manage installation projects across carpet, LVP, laminate and hardwood. You will schedule crews, coordinate timelines, and monitor capacity to ensure on-time delivery.

You will serve as a primary escalation point for installation-related concerns and maintain high customer satisfaction throughout projects. Ideal candidates will have flooring industry experience, strong organizational skills, and experience with ERP or scheduling
