Job summary

Showplace Flooring Holdco, LLC is seeking an experienced Installation Manager to lead and oversee all flooring installation operations in Holbrook, NY. You will manage installation crews, schedule work, and ensure projects meet quality and customer service standards.

You will collaborate with the Branch Manager and warehouse team to coordinate materials, monitor project timelines, and uphold safety and efficiency across carpet, LVP, laminate and hardwood installations.

Qualifications

• Flooring industry experience is required.
• Solid knowledge of carpet, LVP, laminate and hardwood installations.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and scheduling abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to resolve conflicts professionally.
• Proficient with computers and business software systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily installation schedules and crew assignments.
• Coordinate timelines to ensure on-time project completion.
• Oversee all flooring installations including carpet, LVP, laminate, hardwood.
• Lead installers, recruit and train as needed, and evaluate performance.
• Coordinate material ordering, delivery, and warehouse staging.
• Ensure quality standards and conduct jobsite inspections.
• Communicate with customers and escalate issues when needed.
• Perform pre-job site measures and verify readiness.
