Job summary

Interior Logic Group seeks an Area Manager to oversee installation of flooring and countertop trades on residential construction job sites. This role ensures accurate material tracking, quality workmanship, schedule adherence, and high levels of service to customers.

The Area Manager operates across multiple builder communities and supports field management teams and site leadership. Level I–III responsibilities include overseeing field operations, managing a defined territory, onboarding and

Qualifications

• 2+ years in residential construction, preferably flooring.
• Proficiency with tablets, smartphones and basic business software.
• Excellent communication with builders, crews and internal teams.
• Strong math/measurement abilities (sq ft, linear).
• Ability to read builder plans and follow safety procedures.
• Strong decision-making and adaptability on site.
• Conflict resolution and customer-service mindset.
• Dependable, responsive, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation activities and field operations across trades.
• Manage a defined territory and lead a team of field managers.
• Provide onboarding, training, and coaching to new and existing field managers.
• Execute HR responsibilities including performance feedback and coaching.
• Maintain daily communication with builders and site leadership; resolve site issues.
