Job summary

Interior Logic Group's Flooring Field Manager (East Valley) oversees field operations, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time project delivery. This hands-on role leads field crews, coordinates with project teams, and acts as the primary on-site liaison with customers.

You will implement schedules, monitor progress, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining strong communication with leadership. Travel to multiple job sites is expected as part of our growing, close-knit team serving

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
5+ years in field operations, construction, or project management in flooring.
Proven leadership and team management experience.
Strong understanding of construction processes and site coordination.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
Effective cross-departmental communication.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage field crews to meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
Develop and implement daily/weekly work schedules.
Conduct on-site inspections for progress, quality, and safety.
Troubleshoot on-site issues to minimize delays or rework.
Coordinate with project management, logistics, and manufacturing teams.
