You will target customers, build relationships, and drive revenue, focusing on floor care and surface prep equipment and services for the facility maintenance and restoration sectors. You will be the voice of the company, using consultative selling skills to understand customer needs, develop opportunities, and convert prospects into loyal customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years in flooring and surface prep.
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maximize revenue from facilities and construction sites in a defined territory.
• Prospect, qualify and acquire new accounts in facility maintenance and restoration segments.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers and their subsidiaries.
