Job summary

Clean Team USA is seeking an experienced Flooring/Carpet Technician to join our Lansing team. This full-time night position pays $18/hr and requires 35+ hours per week with possible weeks over 50 hours. You must have your own transportation and a valid driver’s license.

The role involves cleaning large areas and may involve lifting 50+ lbs. Responsibilities include meticulous cleaning, potential IICRC certification, and adherence to safety and quality checks.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Pass a criminal background check and have a clear driving record.
• Ability to bend, lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and navigate stairs/elevators.
• Must have own transportation to and from the job site.
• IICRC certification preferred.

Flooring/Carpet Technician - Full Time Nights - Lansing - $18/hr(Flooring/Carpet Division)

Clean Team USA is accepting applications for an EXPERIENCED Flooring/Carpet Technician to join our team. We are looking for a dependable, responsible employee who will show up on time and work hard. You must be willing to work 35+ hours per week, with some weeks exceeding 50+ hours. The work shift includes evenings, weekends, and some daytime hours . YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OWN TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE JOB SITE, AS WELL AS A CLEAR DRIVING RECORD & VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE. You must be able to walk/stand for long periods of time and will be responsible for meticulously cleaning large areas. You must be physically capable of shouldering equipment weighing 50+ lbs.

• Being authorized to legally work in the United States
• Passing a criminal background check and having a clear driving record
• Having the ability to bend, lift, pull push and/or carry objects up to 50 pounds repetitively, as well as; using stairs, elevators, and maneuvering in and out of vehicles, etc.
• Having prompt attendance and excellent work quality
• Working with a team of people or independently
• Being receptive to supervised quality control checks and continuous improvement
• Preferably being IICRC certified
