Job summary

Clean Tech Company in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Lead Floor Technician for 2nd shift. The role involves carpet cleaning, floor finishing, and operating buffers, with a high emphasis on safety and efficiency during a busy workday.

We require at least 3 years of floor tech experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 70 pounds. This is a full-time position with opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years of proven Floor Tech experience.
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends.
• Proof of COVID vaccination.
• Must be able to pass background and MVR screen.

Responsibilities

• Carpet cleaning (bonnet and extraction), scrubbing, stripping, sealing, waxing, and spray buffing floor surfaces.
• Operate high and low speed buffers up to 24 inches and 3000 RPM propane burnishing equipment.
• Follow established safety precautions and maintain cleaning/finishing equipment.
• Lift and carry up to 70 pounds; work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Pay Rate: $17hr -19hr based on experience

Performs the following duties: carpet cleaning (bonnet and extraction), scrubbing, stripping, sealing, waxing, and spray buffing had surface floors.Must be able to operate high and low speed buffers up to 24 inch and 3000 RPM propane burnishing equipment.Follow established safety precautions.Must be able to operate and maintain all floor cleaning/finishing equipment to include but not limited to floor buffer/burnishes, water extraction machine, andcarpet cleaning equipment.Follow established safety precautions for cleaning and maintaining all areas of the facility.Job Requirements:Must be able to lift and carry up to 70 pounds.Excellent work historyTeam focused approach requiring ability to work with others and take directionPhysically demanding fast-paced environment requiring ability to work efficiently with attention to detailReliable transportation
