Job summary

Clean Team USA is seeking an experienced Flooring/Carpet Technician to join our Lansing team. This full-time night position pays $18/hr and requires 35+ hours per week with possible weeks over 50 hours. You must have your own transportation and a valid driver’s license.

The role involves cleaning large areas and may involve lifting 50+ lbs. Responsibilities include meticulous cleaning, potential IICRC certification, and adherence to safety and quality checks.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Pass a criminal background check and have a clear driving record.
• Ability to bend, lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and navigate stairs/elevators.
• Must have own transportation to and from the job site.
• IICRC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meticulously clean large areas and operate flooring/carpeting equipment.
• Work the 3rd shift with weekends and extended evening hours as scheduled.
• Maintain prompt attendance and high work quality in a team or independent setting.
