Milliken Flooring is seeking a Commercial & Hospitality Account Manager for the Austin and San Antonio territory. The ideal candidate will manage contract sales, develop annuity business with end users, and build strategic relationships with key decision makers in the local A&D market.

This role requires travel up to 20%, flexible hours, and the ability to identify and win must‑win projects. Strong communication and execution skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' direct industry sales experience.
• Located in Austin or San Antonio market area.
• Willing to travel up to 20% within and outside territory.
• Excellent communication and execution management skills.
• Experience working from home office with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed revenue and growth goals.
• Develop, plan, and execute sales and marketing strategies within assigned A&D, End User, and Dealer accounts.
• Develop and maintain a detailed sales strategy for each target and market share.
• Promote the Milliken Flooring brand in the marketplace.
• Support dealer channel strategies and relationships to maximize contracting opportunities.
• Manage day-to-day account management.
