Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC (KBS) has immediate full-time Floor Tech openings in Tennessee. Starting pay is $16.50 per hour. Shifts run 6:00am to 2:30pm.

You will perform floor care tasks including cleaning, stripping, waxing, and carpet care across designated areas. We seek reliable, safety-conscious teammates who can lift up to 49 pounds, read safety rules, and operate janitorial equipment. KBSPresence app is used for timekeeping and scheduling.

Qualifications

• One year of prior floor care experience preferred.
• Lift and move totes up to 49 pounds.
• Read and interpret safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to read basic procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform spot removal, extraction, bonnet cleaning, strip/wax, scrub/recoat, seal/grout, etc.
• Scrub, shine, clean, and repair carpeted and non-carpeted areas with appropriate equipment.
• Clean floors and stairs by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Move large furniture and objects and follow safety guidelines to prevent injuries.
• Follow safety procedures and report required repairs to supervisor.
