Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring for full-time Floor Tech positions to support our fast-paced environments. Starting pay is $16.50 per hour, with shifts from 6:00am to 2:30pm, focusing on floor care, carpet cleaning, and safety compliance across designated work areas.

Join a nationwide facility services leader and contribute to clean, safe spaces for our clients. Prior floor care experience is preferred, and KBSPresence is used for timekeeping and shift communications.

Qualifications

• Lift and move totes up to 49 pounds; read safety and procedure documents; perform floor care tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Perform spot removal, extraction, bonnet cleaning, strip/wax, scrub/recoat, seal/grout as directed.
• Scrub, shine, clean and repair carpeted and non-carpeted areas.
• Clean floors and stairs by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Move large furniture safely and follow safety guidelines.
• Report safety hazards or needed repairs to Supervisor.
• Operate janitorial tools and equipment as needed.
