Qualifications

• One year of prior floor care experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and carry 15–25 pounds.
• Ability to read safety rules and maintenance instructions (English; Spanish where required).

Responsibilities

• Perform spot removal, extraction, bonnet cleaning, strip/wax, scrub/recoat, seal/grout.
• Scrub, shine, clean, and repair carpeted and non-carpeted areas using appropriate equipment and chemicals.
• Clean floors and stairways by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Move large furniture and objects when necessary and report needed repairs.
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies.
