Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking Floor Techs for full-time, permanent roles in a fast-paced environment that emphasizes safety. Starting pay is $14.00 per hour with first shift availability and opportunities to perform spot removal, extraction, bonnet cleaning, strip/wax, scrub/recoat, and related floor care tasks.

Roles involve lifting up to 49 pounds, reading safety and maintenance documents, using janitorial equipment and chemicals, and adhering to company policies.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of safety rules and chemical handling.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and maintenance documents.
• Proficient manual dexterity and physical stamina.
• Willingness to follow company policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform spot removal, extraction, bonnet cleaning, strip/wax, scrub/recoat, seal/grout.
• Scrub, shine, clean, and repair carpeted and non-carpeted areas using appropriate equipment and chemicals.
• Move large furniture and objects and follow safety guidelines to prevent injuries.
• Keep janitor closet neat, clean, and organized; report repairs or safety hazards.
