• Operate extractor, auto-scraper, high speed buffer, shop vac, side-to-side buffer, vacuum, and steam machine.
• Perform other job-related duties as they become required.

Floor Tech Full-Time and Part-time Positions Available. NURSING HOME, SENIOR LIVING, HOSPITAL, HEALTHCARE EXPERIENCE PREFFERED!

Floor Tech Shifts: Day and Evening Shifts (7am - 3pm / 3pm - 11pm), Alternating Weekends, Holidays.

Confidence Management Solutions (CMS) is currently recruiting experienced Floor Tech for long term care nursing facility in Coal Township, PA.

Floor Tech Key Duties

• Maintain all floors by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, shampooing, stripping, waxing, and buffing throughout the facility.
• Utilize and safely operate extractor, auto-scraper, high speed buffer, shop vac, side-to-side buffer, vacuum, and steam machine.
• Perform other job-related duties as they become required.

Floor Tech Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• 1-year long-term care, hospital, or healthcare experienced preferred.
• Environmental Services or housekeeping experience a plus.
• Ability to operate automatic floor scrubbing machines and floor buffer
