Confidence Management Solutions (CMS) is currently recruiting experienced Floor Tech for long term care nursing facility in Hillsborough, NJ. Walk‑ins Welcome! Foothill Acres Nursing Center 39 E Mountain Rd., Hillsborough Township, NJ 08844.

Floor Tech Key Duties

• Maintain all floors by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, shampooing, stripping, waxing, and buffing throughout the facility.
• Operate various pieces of equipment such as extractor, auto‑scraper, high speed buffer, shop vac, side‑to‑side buffer, vacuum, and steam machine safely.
• Maintain equipment in good working condition and store properly in designated locations after each use.
• Dispose of all garbage throughout the facility.
• Perform other job-related duties as they become required.

Floor Tech Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Environmental Services or housekeeping experience a plus.
• Prior experience working in a nursing home, hospital, or healthcare environment a plus.
• Ability to operate automatic floor scrubbing machines and floor buffers.
