Job summary

Confidence Management Solutions is seeking a Floor Tech for our Reading, PA facility. The role involves full-time shifts 7AM-3PM with alternating weekends and holidays. Prior healthcare cleaning experience is preferred, and duties include floor maintenance throughout the nursing home or hospital environment.

Responsibilities include operating floor scrubbing machines, buffers, extractors, and related equipment. High school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or preferred.
• Healthcare environment experience is a plus.
• Experience in nursing home/hospital settings is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, shampoo, strip, wax, and buff floors throughout the facility.
• Operate floor cleaning equipment safely and properly.
• Maintain and store equipment after use.
• Dispose of waste throughout the facility.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Description

Floor Tech Full-Time and Part-time Positions Available. NURSING HOME, SENIOR LIVING, HOSPITAL, HEALTHCARE EXPERIENCE PREFFERED!

Floor Tech Shifts: 7AM-3PM Day Shift, Alternating Weekends, Holidays.

Confidence Management Solutions (CMS) is currently recruiting experienced Floor Tech for long term care nursing facility in Reading, PA. Wyomissing Blvd. Reading PA 19611.

Floor Tech Key Duties

• Maintain all floors by sweeping mopping, vacuuming, shampooing, stripping, waxing, and buffing throughout the facility.
• Various pieces of equipment are properly and safely operated such as extractor, auto-scraper, high speed buffer, shop vac, side-to-side buffer, vacuum, and steam machine.
• Maintains equipment in good working condition and stores properly in designated locations after each use.
• Dispose of all garbage throughout the facility.
• Perform other job-related duties as they become required.

Floor Tech Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Environmental Services or housekeeping experience a plus.
• Prior experience working in a nursing home, hospital or healthcare environment a plus.
• Ability to operate automatic floor scrubbing machines and floor buffers.
