Confidence Management Solutions is seeking a Floor Tech for a nursing facility in Coal Township, PA. Shifts are 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm with alternating weekends and holidays; excellent for healthcare-experienced candidates.

Responsibilities include floor care across patient areas, operating scrubbing machines, and upholding cleanliness standards; high school diploma or GED required, healthcare background preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-year long-term care, hospital, or healthcare experienced preferred.
• Environmental Services or housekeeping experience a plus.
• Ability to operate automatic floor scrubbing machines and floor buffer.

Responsibilities

• Maintain floors by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, shampooing, stripping, waxing, and buffing.
• Operate floor cleaning machinery including extractor and buffers.
• Perform other duties as needed.
