Job summary

Confidence Management Solutions (CMS) is recruiting experienced Floor Tech for a long-term care nursing facility in Coal Township, PA. The role requires floor care expertise and healthcare experience, with Day and Evening shifts scheduled 7am–3pm and 3pm–11pm, including alternating weekends and holidays.

Compensation is $14.00 per hour, full-time position in Coal Twp, PA, within a team focused on facility cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year healthcare or long-term care experience preferred.
• Experience in Environmental Services or housekeeping is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all floors by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, shampooing, stripping, waxing and buffing.
• Operate floor care equipment safely (scrubbers, buffers, extractors, steamers).
• Perform other housekeeping duties as required.

Floor Tech Key Duties

• Maintain all floors by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, shampooing, stripping, waxing, and buffing throughout the facility.
• Utilize and safely operate extractor, auto-scraper, high speed buffer, shop vac, side-to-side buffer, vacuum, and steam machine.
• Perform other job-related duties as they become required.

Floor Tech Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• 1-year long-term care, hospital, or healthcare experienced preferred.
• Environmental Services or housekeeping experience a plus.
• Ability to operate automatic floor scrubbing machines and floor buffer
