Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is actively hiring for Floor Tech positions. Immediate full-time openings involve performing floor cleaning and maintenance tasks in designated areas, ensuring safety and quality throughout shifts.

Starting pay is competitive at $21.21 per hour, with shifts 5 days a week from 5am to 1:30pm. The role involves lifting, cleaning, and adhering to company policies while using KBSPresence for timekeeping and updates.

Qualifications

• One year of prior floor care experience preferred.
• Lift and move totes up to 49 pounds each.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and safe handling for chemicals sheets/documents.

Responsibilities

• Perform floor cleaning tasks: spot removal, extraction, bonnet cleaning, strip/wax, scrub/recoat, seal/grout.
• Clean floors and stairs by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Move large furniture and objects and follow safety guidelines.
• Report to Supervisor any repairs or safety hazards.
• Operate janitorial tools and equipment as needed.
