Qualifications

• Lift and move totes up to 49 pounds.
• Read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions (English).
• Regular bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching.
• One year of floor care experience is preferred.
• Climb ladders and gangways safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform spot removal, extraction, bonnet cleaning, strip/wax, scrub/recoat, and seal/grout as assigned.
• Scrub, shine, clean, and repair carpeted and non-carpeted areas.
• Clean floors and stairs by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Move large furniture and objects while following safety guidelines.
• Maintain organized janitor closet and report safety hazards.
