Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring Floor Techs to join our crew in a fast-paced environment focused on safety in the workplace. Starting pay is $21.21 per hour with 5 days a week shifts (5:00 AM – 1:30 PM).

Responsibilities include cleaning floors, carpet care, and equipment operation, with physical work and safety guidelines integral to daily duties. We offer benefits for part-time employees and opportunities for growth within a large service network.

Formación

• Manual dexterity and ability to lift and move up to 49 pounds.
• Read and understand safety rules and chemical handling documents (English, may include Spanish).
• Ability to climb ladders and handle cleaning equipment safely.

Responsabilidades

• Perform spot removal, extraction, bonnet cleaning, strip/wax, scrub/recoat, seal/grout.
• Scrub, shine, clean, and repair carpeted and non-carpeted areas with appropriate equipment.
• Clean floors and stairs by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Move large objects and follow safety guidelines to prevent injury.
• Follow safety and company policies, report needed repairs or hazards.
