Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) in Roswell, GA is hiring a Floor Tech for full-time, on-site work. Start pay is $16.40 per hour with shifts from 5am to 9am. Duties include carpet and floor care, scrubbing, waxing, and ensuring safety and cleanliness across designated areas.

The ideal candidate will have some floor care experience, read English safety documents, and be able to lift up to 49 pounds. Company benefits and timekeeping via KBSPresence are provided.

Qualifications

• One year of prior floor care experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and chemical handling documents (English; Spanish where state required).
• Regular bending, lifting, and reaching necessary to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform spot removal, extraction, bonnet cleaning, strip/wax, scrub/recoat, seal/grout.
• Scrub, shine, clean, and repair carpeted and non-carpeted areas with appropriate equipment and chemicals.
• Clean floors and stairways by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming; move large furniture as needed.
• Follow safety guidelines; report repairs or safety hazards to supervisor.
• Operate janitorial tools and equipment as required; adhere to all company procedures.
