Job summary

KBS - Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC is hiring full-time Floor Techs in Milton, GA. Starting pay is $18.01 per hour. Shifts run from 5am to 10am, with opportunities to contribute to cleaning and maintenance across designated spaces.

Qualifications

• One year of floor care experience preferred.
• Ability to read safety and maintenance instructions.
• Must be able to lift up to 49 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform spot removal, extraction, bonnet cleaning, strip/wax, scrub/recoat, seal/grout.
• Scrub, shine, clean, and repair carpeted and non-carpeted areas using appropriate equipment.
• Clean floors and stairways by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Move large furniture and objects as needed and follow safety guidelines.
• Report to Supervisor any needed repairs or safety hazards.
