Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring Floor Techs in Woodstock, GA. Starting pay is $16.50 per hour with shifts from 5am to 9am, performing floor care tasks including stripping, waxing, bonnet cleaning, and carpet maintenance across designated areas.

The role requires ability to lift up to 49 pounds and read safety instructions; basic English literacy is expected. Benefits and safety programs are provided by the company as part of the workforce.

Qualifications

• One year of prior floor care experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions (English).
• Regular bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching described in the job duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform spot removal, extraction, bonnet cleaning, strip/wax, scrub/recoat, seal/grout as assigned.
• Scrub, shine, clean, and repair carpeted and non-carpeted areas using appropriate equipment and chemicals.
• Clean floors and stairways by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Move large furniture and objects as needed while following safety guidelines.
• Follow chemical preparation instructions and ensure doors/windows are secure.
