Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC is seeking full-time Floor Techs in Georgia. Starting pay is $16.50 per hour with shifts from 5am to 10am, performing floor care tasks and related duties across designated areas.

Responsibilities include stripping, waxing, carpet cleaning, daily cleaning, safety adherence, and reporting any issues to supervision. Prior floor care experience is preferred; lifting up to 49 pounds is required.

Qualifications

• One year of floor care experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and maintenance instructions (English).
• Familiarity with reading chemical safety sheets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform spot removal, extraction, bonnet cleaning, strip/wax, scrub/recoat, seal/grout as assigned.
• Scrub, shine, clean, and repair carpeted and non-carpeted areas with appropriate equipment.
• Clean floors and stairways by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Move large furniture and objects as needed while following safety guidelines.
• Keep janitor closet neat, clean, and organized.
• Follow manufacturer's specifications for preparing chemicals and using equipment.
• Ensure doors/windows are secure and locked.
• Report repairs or safety hazards to supervisor.
