Job summary

Coral Springs Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Wilmington, Delaware is seeking a reliable Floor Tech to maintain clean and safe public and resident areas under the Environmental Services Director. You will follow health, hygiene, and appearance policies while delivering excellent resident and family service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in floor tech or similar role preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain a clean and organized environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service public/common areas and private resident areas in accordance with health, hygiene, and appearance policies.
• Follow all housekeeping protocols and procedures for floor tech.
• Properly dispose of refuse, adhering to infection control standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Environmental Services.
