Coral Springs Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Wilmington, Delaware is seeking a reliable Floor Tech to maintain clean, safe public and private resident areas under the supervision of the Director of Environmental Services. You will follow health, hygiene, and appearance standards while delivering friendly service to residents and families.

Competenze
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in floor tech or similar role preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain a clean and organized environment.
Mansioni
- Clean and service public/common areas and private resident areas in accordance with health, hygiene, and appearance policies and regulations.
- Follow all housekeeping protocols and procedures in floor tech.
- Properly dispose of refuse, adhering to infection control standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Environmental Services.
