Indigo Manor Nursing and Rehab in Daytona Beach, FL is seeking a dedicated Floor Tech to support our maintenance team in creating a clean, safe living environment for residents and staff. You will collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of sanitation and organization.

The role involves daily cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting), restocking supplies and linen, assisting with laundry, and promptly responding to spills or emergencies.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Previous healthcare setting experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull heavy equipment and supplies as needed.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces.
• Restock supplies and linen as needed to maintain inventory levels.
• Assist with laundry, including washing, drying, and folding linens and clothing.
• Clean and maintain resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a high level of cleanliness and sanitation.
• Respond to spills, accidents, and other cleaning emergencies in a timely and effective manner.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
