Coral Springs Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Wilmington, Delaware is seeking a reliable Floor Tech to maintain clean, safe public and private resident areas under the supervision of the Director of Environmental Services. You will follow health, hygiene, and appearance standards while delivering friendly service to residents and families.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and organized Floor Tech to perform assigned duties within established quality care and service standards. Under the direction and supervision of the Director of Environmental Services, you will be responsible for cleaning and servicing public/common areas and private resident areas, adhering to established health, hygiene, and appearance policies and regulations. Your exceptional customer service skills will be invaluable in providing a positive experience for our residents and their loved ones.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and service public/common areas and private resident areas in accordance with established health, hygiene, and appearance policies and regulations
• Follow all housekeeping protocols and procedures in floor tech
• Properly dispose of refuse, adhering to infection control standards
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Environmental Services
