Coral Springs Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Wilmington, Delaware is seeking a reliable Floor Tech to maintain clean and safe public and resident areas under the Environmental Services Director. You will follow health, hygiene, and appearance policies while delivering excellent resident and family service.

The role requires independent work and teamwork, with training opportunities and a supportive environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in floor tech or similar role preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain a clean and organized environment.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and organized Floor Tech to perform assigned duties within established quality care and service standards. Under the direction and supervision of the Director of Environmental Services, you will be responsible for cleaning and servicing public/common areas and private resident areas, adhering to established health, hygiene, and appearance policies and regulations. Your exceptional customer service skills will be invaluable in providing a positive experience for our residents and their loved ones.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and service public/common areas and private resident areas in accordance with established health, hygiene, and appearance policies and regulations
• Follow all housekeeping protocols and procedures in floor tech
• Properly dispose of refuse, adhering to infection control standards
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Environmental Services
