Job summary

GDI, Inc. is seeking a custodial team member to perform floor cleaning and routine maintenance in commercial environments. You will operate buffers, scrubbers, and carpet cleaners, sweep, mop, vacuum, and strip, seal, wax, and polish floors as needed.

The role requires following safety protocols, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with other custodial tasks as assigned. This position may involve evening shifts and physical tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintaining floors in commercial settings.
• Ability to operate floor cleaning equipment safely.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend and lift heavy objects as required.

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to remove dirt, debris, and stains
• Strip, seal, wax, and polish floors using appropriate cleaning products and techniques
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a clean and hazard-free environment
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as needed
• Assist with other custodial duties as assigned

Work Schedule:

• Monday - Friday 4:00PM - 12:30AM

Responsibilities:
